A master prompt is a set of persistent instructions you configure once. Every conversation is shaped by these. Your role, preferences, output format, constraints. Think of it as your AI's onboarding document. Just as a new hire needs to understand who you are, what you do, and how you like things done, your AI needs the same context. Without a master prompt, every conversation starts from zero. With one, the AI already knows you work at Anchor Capital, prefer concise outputs, and need South African financial context.

Anchor Intelligence is the internal AI platform being built for Anchor Capital. It consists of four modules: NeuroGrid: Deep research and analysis engine. Processes complex financial data and generates research reports. PortfolioPulse: Real-time portfolio monitoring and alerting. Watches market movements, portfolio drift, and risk indicators. Echo: Client communication and relationship management. Drafts communications, summarizes meetings, maintains relationship context. Cerebro: The unified interface. One place to access all modules. The goal is two clicks from question to answer.

The system will automatically strip personal information before sending to AI models, replacing it with synthetic data, then re-inserting the real data in the output. This means client data never leaves the secure environment, even when leveraging external AI capabilities. This is non-negotiable for a financial services firm handling client assets and personal information.
